Jane has a broad range of experience and knowledge in counselling, psychotherapy (transactional analysis), coaching and mentoring individuals/groups and providing training.
With a background in nursing she has used her skills both organisationally and in private practice.
Jane has a compassionate nature and has assisted individuals, staff, families, and groups through a range of experiences including grief & loss; anxiety & depression, work issues, communication and conflict.
Jane also uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to compliment the options for real and positive change with her clients. If clients wish they can also opt for sessions in Reiki.
Tony has been providing Counselling & Psychotherapy since 2008, working in private practice and also with Lifeline, Domestic Violence Helpline & Drug Arm and during this time has developed a wide set of skills and is able to assist clients with relationship, communication, loss & grief, conflict, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues.
Tony has a connection with teenagers and adolescents providing individual and group sessions for issues such as confidence, bullying, self harm, self-esteem, family communication, conflict, anxiety, motivation, coaching and mentoring.
Tony holds various qualifications in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy and by using a combination of Transactional Analysis (TA); Hypnotherapy; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Tony believes positive and continued change can be enabled for a wide range of issues for individuals and families.
Creating a safe place in a non-judgemental environment allows clients the time and space to reflect on their issues and along with guidance the client can be assisted to find their own solution.
Tony also provides training to groups and organisations assisting them enhance customer service and rapport, engaging positive communication and communication within the workplace.
